As part of our ongoing efforts to plant and maintain fruit-bearing trees in remote areas, we aim to ensure food availability for wild animals while reducing human-wildlife conflicts in residential zones.

On January 22, 2025, we successfully organized a tree plantation program in Mataka, Sivasagar, with the enthusiastic participation of our dedicated team and the incredible support of the local community. Together, we planted numerous saplings, taking a meaningful step toward a greener and healthier environment.

Beyond supporting wildlife, tree plantation plays a crucial role in combating climate change, improving air quality, and fostering a sustainable, eco-friendly ecosystem. Through these initiatives, we are committed to creating a healthier planet for future generations.

🐾 DOST Animal Rescue Center Inauguration at BetBari, Sivasagar🐾

We are delighted to share the successful inauguration of the DOST Animal Rescue Center at BetBari, Sivasagar! This event was a significant milestone in our mission to protect and care for vulnerable animals in our community.

The inauguration was graced by esteemed veterinary doctors and compassionate animal lovers, whose valuable insights and support made the occasion even more meaningful. Together, we engaged in thoughtful discussions about the operational framework of the center and explored key strategies to ensure the best possible care for rescued animals.

Adding to the joy of the day, we organized an adoption drive, and we are overjoyed to announce that one of our rescued dogs has found a loving forever home! Seeing an animal get a second chance at happiness is truly the heart of our mission.

We’re beyond excited to share the highlights of our second cake icing workshop, held on December 22, 2024, at the DOST Sibsagar office!

The session was a perfect blend of creativity, learning, and fun. Under the expert guidance of the talented Ms. Tamanna Sabrin, our young and energetic participants explored the art of cake decoration and honed their skills in icing techniques. The enthusiasm, vibrant energy, and interactive learning made this workshop an unforgettable experience!

On 16th December 2024, the Sibsagar Office was filled with creativity and enthusiasm as a delightful Cake Icing Workshop was conducted by the talented Tamanna Shabrin. The event brought together baking enthusiasts, professionals, and beginners eager to learn the art of cake decoration in a fun and interactive environment.

The workshop began with Tamanna introducing the participants to the basics of cake icing, including tools, techniques, and types of icing like buttercream, fondant, and royal icing. She demonstrated step-by-step methods for creating intricate designs, piping borders, and crafting edible flowers, captivating the audience with her expertise and engaging teaching style.

Participants were provided with hands-on experience, allowing them to practice their newly learned skills. Under Tamanna’s guidance, they created stunning cakes adorned with colorful designs, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm.
